I practice both Family (Domestic, Divorce, Custody, etc) for about 75% of my business and Criminal (which is about 25%) of my business. I do not do free consultations in family law cases. My consultation fee is $350. I do offer free consultations for criminal cases, however. What information do you need in a phone consultation? We will talk about your charges, and what your options might be, regarding whether to file motions, proceed to trial, or work with the State in negotiating a plea.

I work hard to get the best result for each and every client. I put in extra hours and take each case very seriously, and often get as invested emotionally as each client. My performance, and each outcome matters.

I like to spend time with my family. I am married and have 2 children. We like to travel, watch and play sports, and watch movies.
