A service contract that covers a major housing system--for example, plumbing or electrical wiring--for a set period of time from the date a house is sold. The warranty guarantees repairs to the covered system and is renewable.

The former would be a 'public nuisance,' one affecting many people, while the other would be a 'private nuisance,' limited to making your life difficult, unless the dog was bothering others. When a landlord provides housing that is so substandard that a landlord has legally evicted the tenant. Any profit returns to the organization that built the home, which then resells the unit at an affordable price.
