Attorney James H. Webb, Jr., is a native of Atlanta, Georgia. He has devoted his career to the representation of injured persons in serious personal injury cases and concentrates in the area of medical malpractice. Mr. Webb is the founding partner of the firm Webb Law LLC. He is a Cum Laude graduate of the University of Georgia Law School and a member of both the Georgia and Florida Bar Associations. Attorney Webb is a decorated veteran who served in Vietnam as a 1st Lieutenant in the U.S. Army in field artillery. Mr. Webb insists that the lawyers and the other employees of the firm maintain a high level of professional and personal excellence. One of the few lawyers in the State of Georgia recognized as Board Certified in both Civil Trial Advocacy by the National Board of Trial Advocacy and in Pretrial Practice by the National Board of Civil Pretrial Advocacy, he has given many lectures and seminars to other lawyers in the areas of medical malpractice and trial advocacy. Attorney Webb is a former Chairman of the General Practice and Trial Section of the Georgia State Bar, which has approximately 3000 lawyer members. For many years, he was the organizer and moderator for a Georgia Bar sponsored medical malpractice winter seminar. He genuinely enjoys handling medical malpractice cases and commonly refers to them as the “last great Sherlock Holmes cases.”

Attorney Richard L. Williams provides legal services for driver’s license restoration, expungement of criminal records, domestic assault, civil infractions, misdemeanors and felonies, including OWI (DUI, DWI) drug possession, and other related issues and offenses. He also provides services for wills, trusts, businesses, and corporations. Richard L. Williams is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, license #P-29583. He has been actively practicing law since his acceptance into the Bar in October 1978. The principal areas of law that he has focused on during his four-plus decades of experience have been trial advocacy and business organizations. Mr. Williams attained Diplomate status with the Court Practice Institute in Chicago, Illinois, in 1978. He has worked at the Michigan Department of Commerce, Corporation and Securities Division, Franchise Registration for two years prior to admittance into the State Bar of Michigan. During that time, he was also the chief legal clerk for Circuit Court Judge Paul Mahinske in Howell, Michigan. He has also taught upper-division level contracts and business organizations at Michigan State University as well as Lansing Community College and Thomas M. Cooley Law School. In September 2021, he began his 44th year as a lawyer in private practice. He has represented more than 7,000 individuals and business entities in matters ranging from divorce, real estate, wills, corporations, and personal injury/wrongful death to defending those who are criminally accused. Today, he focuses on driver’s license restoration, expungement of criminal records, criminal defense, and setting up new businesses via corporate form or otherwise. Personal & Educational History Attorney Williams was born in the Bay Ridge section of Brooklyn, New York in 1947. His father owned his own newspaper and was an investigative journalist by trade; his mother was a hospital dietitian with a Master’s in food chemistry. He attended high school in Thompson, Connecticut at Marianapolis Preparatory School and graduated with a classical and a scientific diploma. Thereafter, he attended Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and received a BA degree with majors in history and chemistry, minors in economics. He attended and graduated from Thomas Cooley Law School in May 1978. He’s married with seven children, which include six sons and one daughter. His outside interests include gardening, wilderness camping, playing and teaching music, cooking, writing, and competitive league bowling during the winter months.

Tom Kuiper is an experienced litigator with proficiency in a variety of cases and forums. He practices in State district, circuit, probate, federal and appellate courts, and in arbitration and mediation settings. He represents a variety of clients, from billion-dollar corporations in commercial litigation disputes to the individual involved in a personal dispute or family breakup. He also mediates a wide variety of cases. Although the issues and forums may differ, Tom's approach remains the same: To relate to people, to communicate difficult legal concepts and information in a clear and simple manner, and to work on a personal level with the client. Tom is married and has six children. He enjoys sports, and activities with his children, including coaching various youth sports teams.

Attorney Kimberly Beck helps people who have suffered personal injuries. She focuses on cases involving pharmaceuticals, serious injuries, or medical malpractice. Before she started Beck Law Center, Kim worked for a large plaintiffs’ firm. There she led a team of three lawyers and three paralegals. Together, they worked with over 25,000 plaintiffs. Andrew Popplewell focuses his practice on DWI defense, general criminal defense, alcohol and drug offenses and traffic violations. Andrew grew up and worked on a fifth-generation family farm where he learned early on the importance of personal responsibility and work ethic. In 2001, Andrew graduated from the University of Missouri with a B.S. in Agriculture Economics. He began working for Eng & Woods in 2002 while still in law school and joined the firm as an associate in May 2005. Andrew became a partner with Eng & Woods in January 2010. He is an active member of the Missouri Bar, the Boone County Bar Association and both the Missouri and National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. Andrew Popplewell successfully handles more than 100 DWI cases yearly, while giving each client the attention they deserve. Zachary Steven Naert was born in St. Louis, Missouri, on February 8, 1984. His father was in the Navy, and shortly after being born they were transferred to where he grew up – the Charleston, South Carolina area. Zach graduated from Fort Dorchester High School in North Charleston in 2002, with honors, and also earned an International Baccalaureate degree. Zach accepted academic scholarships to first attend Winthrop University and then Charleston School of Law. He earned two Bachelor of Science degrees from Winthrop, Modern Languages with a concentration in Spanish and Political Science from the honors college, also graduating with honors in 2006. It was also during college that Zach lived in Spain for a semester attending The University of Salamanca, one of the oldest universities in the world, earning outstanding marks. During his time at the Charleston School of Law, Zach was offered an internship for the United Stated Judge Advocates General’s (JAG) office and worked at the JAG office on Shaw Air Force Base, South Carolina, watching F-16 fighter jets all-lunch-long. He also worked extensively as an intern with the Migrant Farmworker Division of South Carolina Legal Services, a non-profit agency offering free civil legal services to indigent people. It was here that Zach got his first taste of advising and assisting people in standing up for their rights. In school, Zach earned a CALI Award of Excellence in Property and served as an Articles Editor on the Federal Courts Law Review. He graduated with honors in 2009 Following law school, Zach continued to work as a Migrant Farmworker attorney, which included traveling around the State of South Carolina to advise farmworkers about their rights and bringing lawsuits in the Federal Courts. It was during this time that Zach lived in Zacatecas, Mexico, studying at the FENIX Language Institute and volunteering at the Center for Migrant Rights. As a result of all of his studies and travels, Zach does speak, read, and write Spanish rather fluently. Zach has also worked for other private civil litigation law firms in Charleston and Hilton Head, South Carolina. In 2011, Naert Law Firm, LLC was founded. Zach has been to the South Carolina Supreme Court and prevailed. He has also practiced in Federal Court, the Court of Appeals, the Court of Common Pleas, Small Claims or Magistrate’s Court, Arbitration, and others. Zach maintains a balanced workload of workers’ compensation and car accident cases, along with timeshare disputes and less common personal injury matters like slip and falls, nursing home abuse and neglect, and premises liability.
