As a prosecutor at the Dallas District Attorney's Office and at the United States Attorney's Office, Mr. Elliston handled a colorful assortment of serious criminal cases. He was responsible for prosecuting the Texas Grand Dragon of the Ku Klux Klan, two Jordanian terrorists and, at the time of prosecution, the individuals running the largest clandestine drug lab ever discovered in the United States.
