Professional, responsive, and provides excellent representation. Understands his clients needs. Great attorney!!!!
I highly recommend Adam Russell for any kind of trouble , he is a very good lawyer , we have our misunderstandings in the long process , but overall he did an excellent job at trial , proving the case of my husband and getting a not guilty verdict on a OUI 2nd offense a couple of years ago. We are grateful that we had him representing my husband . he went above and beyond . Thank you Adam I should of wrote this long time ago .
Adam represented our me for over a year. He never did what he said he was going to do and he proved to dangerous at times to our family. He misrepresented facts to the court and to the ADA. He tried to divide my husband and myself, and gave legal advice which I acted upon which resulted in additional charges. Later he told me that his had a history of substance abuse. I often thought he appeared to be high and he could never seem to remember the facts of my case. We tried to fire him several times and Dedham District Court would not allow us to do so. Our family feared for our lives in part due to his representation. I recommend that nobody engages in him and to reach out to us if you’d like to hear first-hand about our experience. To be clear, all of the issues have resolved at DDC, with no thanks to Adam Russell.
Adam is a fantastic lawyer, #1 in Massachusetts. Unfortunately i have had plenty of experience with different lawyers for criminal cases. I have never had council pay so close attention to what I was saying, taking great notes, and really seemed to care about me as his client. Look up fiduciary in the dictionary, you'll see Adam Russell!
I was arrested in Chelsea District Court in November 2013, and charged with possession with intent to distribute class B (suboxone) and conspiracy to violate Commonwealth drug laws. Mr. Russell allowed me to have input with all aspects of my case once he became involved, from the bail reduction hearing ($2000 cash bail reduced to personal recognizance), to the final disposition (probation for 18 months, upon a guilty plea to the possession with intent charge only). My case was high-profile and involved intense negotiation with the Commonwealth's special prosecutor, Mr. Walsh. I am thankful that Adam Russell came to my defense, as my case polarized many members of the Massachusetts Bar who knew me personally. Since I am now on probation, and following all requirements of my conditions, I feel that this lesson learned has been valuable to my growth as a person. Mr. Russell proved to know the issues surrounding this case, and invaluable in dealing with the Commonwealth, which I could not have done on my own.
