Kim McCarthy is an experienced litigator in both state and federal courts and is also a Registered Nurse. She has practiced in Center City Philadelphia as an insurance defense attorney with a focus on medical and legal malpractice claims and has successfully arbitrated numerous premises liability cases on behalf of a large urban Health System.
Kim worked as a Registered Nurse at the A.I. DuPont Hospital for Children and The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, two premier pediatric facilities.
