Michael M. Levin is an experienced attorney who has been in private practice as a criminal defense lawyer for over 25 years. A 27 year old male Hispanic (AS) was charged with robbery. The victim of a robbery reported the perpetrator driving a white Chevy truck bearing a license plate number which traced back to AS. When shown a photo line up containing a picture of AS and 5 other people, the victim picked out AS. AS was arrested and charged, despite the fact that he had an alibi. The case went to jury trial. AS was found NOT GUILTY after a one week trial.

I am responsive to client inquiries (according to my family, TOO responsive at times.). I have a track record that includes some spectacular victories for my clients, resulting from creativity and hard work. My entire practice was built on word-of-mouth until the last few years where the internet has become an important tool.
