Martin Kreshon | Seattle Criminal Defense Lawyer

Raised in North Carolina, Martin was admitted to the Bar in 2012 after receiving a B.A. from Saint Andrews University and his J.D. from Charlotte School of Law. After receiving his licensure, Martin started his own practice, Kreshon Legal, through which he practiced Criminal Defense, Family Law, and Estate Planning for a year before spending six months teaching English in China. When he returned from China, Martin joined Havelka Law, where he continued practicing Criminal Defense, and Family Law, while adding Immigration and Personal Injury work to his portfolio. Martin’s expertise includes: Criminal Defense – while in North Carolina, Martin served as a court-appointed attorney in Mecklenburg and Union Counties. This gave him experience in district and superior court, where he litigated matters to verdict on behalf of his clients. Family Law – Martin has worked with many clients struggling through these emotionally challenging disputes. Whether it is separation agreements or custody battles, Martin always provides support and comfort to his clients while advising them on the finer points of their cases. Personal Injury – when injured, the last thing you want to deal with is the legal issues and insurance companies. Martin takes this on for his clients, easing their way through the legal system as they focus on healing. Guardianship – Martin has been appointed Guardian Ad Litem on numerous cases, and his compassion and willingness to listen to all parties make him an unbiased and focused advocate for his clients. When not in the office, Martin enjoys keeping up with current events and listening to podcasts, as well as exploring the outdoors of his new hometown of Seattle with his friends and fiancée.
