• (CW v. D.K.) Not guilty after jury trial on ALL counts. Client rear-ended another motorist parked in the breakdown lane of Interstate 93 and subsequently failed all field sobriety tests. Client was charged with OUI and Marked Lanes violation. (State v. A.K.) Case dismissed by the Court after motion to suppress evidence hearing. Client was pulled over for a marked lanes violation, failed all field sobriety tests and blew a .11 on the breath test at the station. Client was subsequently arrested and charged with DWI. (State v. S.B.) Not guilty after jury trial on ALL counts. Client was arrested and charged with Criminal Threatening with a Deadly Weapon, Criminal Threatening, Simple Assault and Criminal Mischief after allegedly yielding an item capable of producing death or serious bodily harm, and communicating numerous verbal threats consistent with same. (State v. J.V.) Charge nol prossed or "dropped" by the state. Client arrested and charged with First Degree Assault after allegedly causing serious bodily injury to another by stabbing the individual in the abdomen. (State v. M.R.) Charge nol prossed or "dropped" by the state. Client was pulled over for an expired registration. Upon approaching the driver's side window, the police officer could smell the distinct odor of fresh marijuana. Client's car was subsequently towed and searched. Officer's search yielded a quantity of marijuana and concentrated marijuana/THC.
