Richard J. Rymond, Attorney

Richard Rymond joined Reminger & Reminger Co., L.P.A. in 1980 as a law clerk, while attending Case Western Reserve University Law School. He has extensive experience in insurance coverage litigation, product liability, commercial litigation, transportation law, professional liability, and general liability defense litigation. However, for the past ten years, he has focused his practice in the areas of medical malpractice defense litigation, representing hospitals, physicians, and dentists. Rick is a featured speaker at risk management programs for physicians, dentists, hospital personnel, and insurance professionals. He also serves as an assistant professor at the Case Western Reserve University School of Dentistry where he is a regular speaker on risk management issues. Rick has tried over fifty first chair jury trials involving medical malpractice, dental malpractice, product liability, transportation, and general liability. He is also a member of the firm's management committee as well as an officer of the law firm.
