Robyn B. Lindsay is Counsel with Harwood Lloyd’s Wills, Trusts and Estates Department and its Commercial Department. She concentrates her practice in the areas of estate planning, estate administration and residential real estate. Ms. Lindsay has extensive experience in drafting estate planning documents including wills, trusts, powers of attorney and health care proxies. Ms. Lindsay is experienced in all phases of the probate process, including probating of wills, preparing and filing of death and inheritance tax returns, drafting and filing of disclaimers and implementing other post-mortem planning techniques. Ms. Lindsay also has considerable experience in the area of real estate purchases, sales and refinances including residential homes, condominiums and cooperatives. Kathleen M. Gialanella is of counsel to Goodgold West Diaz Maitlin & Klein LLC. She is a practicing attorney in New Jersey and New York and a registered nurse. Her law practice is devoted to representing licensed health care professionals including nurses, physicians, pharmacists, and others who face legal issues in connection with their licensure, professional practices, and employment. She also provides educational and consulting services to health care providers seeking to comply with the numerous state and federal laws and policy trends affecting the health care industry today. She lectures widely and has authored articles and chapters about aspects of health law for several books. She has taught health policy and the legal and ethical aspects of health care to doctoral, master’s and baccalaureate students as an adjunct professor at Teachers College/Columbia University and Seton Hall University’s School of Law and College of Nursing. Ms. Gialanella enlisted in the U.S. Army in 1972; later graduated from the University of Maryland; and then served as an officer in the U.S. Army Nurse Corps. She remained on active duty until 1979 when she was honorably discharged. She is a retired major of the U.S. Army Reserve. She received her law degree from New York Law School in 1983 and a Masters of Law in Health Law & Policy from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2004. Ms. Gialanella is past president of the New York Metropolitan and New Jersey Chapters of The American Association of Nurse Attorneys (TAANA). Her other professional affiliations include the New Jersey State Bar Association (Health and Hospital Law Section), the New Jersey State Nurses Association and the American Nurses Association. She is a past New Jersey Area Representative of the Army Nurse Corps Association.
