A Chicago native, Shannon interned with the Cook County State's Attorney's Office in one of busiest judicial districts in the country and interned as a prosecutor with the Dallas County Attorney's Office in Adel, Iowa. Shannon's interest in criminal defense peaked during law school while representing indigent defendants with the Drake Criminal Defense Clinic. Since her relocation to Arizona, Shannon has represented countless clients in photo radar, civil traffic, DUI, misdemeanor and felony cases. Ms. Peters is admitted to the State Bar of Arizona and is an active member of the American Bar Association, the Maricopa County Bar Association and Arizona Women Lawyer's Association.
