Summary: Do you know your credit scores?

Do you know your credit scores? When you have bad credit it can certainly put a damper on things from a financial standpoint. For example, you probably won’t qualify for a mortgage if you want to purchase a house or refinance your current home. Even if you do qualify for a mortgage, the interest rate will be so high that you may not be able to afford the monthly payments. When you have bad credit you probably won’t qualify for a new car loan. That means you will need to settle for a used car. To make matters worse, if you end up qualifying for a used car loan the rate will be so high that your monthly payments could very well end up being more than if you had purchased a brand new car.

When you have bad credit chances are high that you won’t qualify for a business loan, which means you may be stuck working for someone else. When you have bad credit you probably won’t qualify for a decent credit card. You may qualify for a high interest rate credit card, but that only means your minimum monthly payments will be higher. By the way, did you know that when you only pay the minimum monthly payment on your credit cards you’re only paying the interest and nothing towards the principal balance? When you have bad credit you may very well be turned down for an apartment.

Most landlords will pull your credit in order to determine if you pay your bills on time or not. Many people that don’t pay their bills on time, or miss payments entirely, will fail to pay their rent on time as well. When you have bad credit you may not be able to get a new job or land the job that you really want. This is due to the fact that a great deal of employers check your credit as well. They do this in order to determine if you are a responsible person or not. Basically, they think that if you don’t pay your bills on time you may be irresponsible when it comes to your job as well.

We know that you are far more than your credit scores. It’s time to prove the lenders, landlords, and employers wrong about you. It’s time to show them that you are worth the loan, the apartment, and or the job. It’s time to work on getting your credit repaired
