Summary: Judge will set terms for a plea deal in the case of DUI manslaughter, hit and run accident for Nikki Beach bartender, age 20. House arrest for under age drinking, and hit and run, killing innocent victim, chef from the Miami Beach Shore Club, since February.

A judge will set the terms of the plea deal, this Wednesday, for the Nikki Beach bartender, Karlie Tomica, who is charged with DUI manslaughter and leaving the scene of an accident with death. Additional charges include property damage and resisting an officer, as well for this 20 year old, Florida woman.  Back in February, Tomica was ordered to remain on house arrest with an ankle bracelet. This bartender who called herself the ‘party princess’ on her Twitter account, prior to the heinous incident, is accused of driving drunk and killing the head chef for the well known, hotel the Shore Club, located on South Miami Beach.

Not only did the young, alleged perpetrator of this crime, brutally maim and kill Stefano Riccioletti , while he was walking to work; but, she left the scene and went home to her condominium, while a witness pursued her in her own vehicle. The police were notified and Tomica was arrested two hours after the hit and run accident occurred. Crime scene evidence, such as actual blood and remnants of the accident victim’s skin remained in Tomica’s hair.
