Grass on the road spells danger for motorcyclists. While cut grass on the road may not affect those with four wheels under them, it can cause a motorcycle to slip suddenly, and go down as though on ice.
When cutting grass along a roadway, PLEASE do not blow it onto the road. Nobody wants to be responsible for injuring or killing a motorist. This is just a question of being aware of the danger. Once aware of the danger, it's hard to imagine anybody spewing their grass clippings onto the road.
