The Missouri legislature is considering legislation which would make it easier to sexually harass or commit other forms of discrimination or harassment against employees.

Among other things, the legislation would make it harder to prove sexual harassment while eliminating the victim’s current right to personally sue the sexual harasser.  This would allow a sexual harasser to escape legal responsibility no matter how intentional or awful the sexual harassment may be.

The legislation is very similar to the legislation vetoed by (Missouri) Governor Nixon in 2011 and 2012.
