What is my case worth? It is well settled an injured party, the Plaintiff, is entitled to be compensated for all his damages. Bixby v. Dunlap, 56 N.H. 456 (1876). New Hampshire law “does not require that damages be calculated with mathematical certainty, the method used to compute damages need not be more than approximation”. Cabone v. Tierney, 151 N.H. 521 (2004).
