Summary: Prepare a will or trust AND financial and medical powers to protect your family in the event of your disability or death. We can help.

Prepare while you are healthy and mentally alert for the day when you won't be able to prepare.

You should have, at a minimum, the following legal documents to prepare for your disability:

1. Financial or General Power of Attorney
2. Medical Power of Attorney
3. Living Will
4. Mental Health Power of Attorney

In addition, you should, to prepare for your death, have the following:

1. Burial or cremation instructions.
2. Trust or Will.  These will put the person you desire in charge of your estate and make distribution of your assets to the people you desire.

We are able to professionally prepare, witness, notarize and record (when appropriate) the documents that you need.  Don't take a chance on "do it yourself" documents or software as these cannot give you proper legal advice and are often completed incompletely or incorrectly.

We are Arizona licensed lawyers, living and working in the East Valley and able to meet your legal needs and to explain in detail what you should have for a smooth transition.
