Urinating in public is truly an unacceptable behavior, period. There’s no question about it but sometimes, the call of nature is too strong and you don’t have any choice but to let it go.

 

 

Here in Michigan, urinating in public can be classified as a crime. There are few charges that can be associated with it and the most serious of them all is Indecent Exposure.  Although indecent exposure charges may not sound so serious as other sex related offenses, it can also lead to jail time , fines and probation.
