The Kane County Bar Association presented a certificate to Bochte honoring his 45 years of membership to the association and dedication to the legal profession and local community.

Kane County divorce lawyer William F. Bochte earned his J.D. from John Marshall Law School and earned his B.S. from St. Mary’s College in Winona, Minnesota. He is licensed to practice law in the Illinois Trial, Appellate and Supreme Court, as well the United States Federal District Court and United States District Court of Appeals. He concentrates his legal practice on high net worth divorce, complex divorce, commercial and real estate transactions, business law and commercial litigation.
Bochte was appointed by the Illinois Supreme Court to the Illinois Board of Admissions to the Bar, as both a member and chairman of the Character and Fitness Committee for the Second Judicial District. He has been recognized by the United States of American Presidential Commendation in recognition of his exceptional service to others in the finest American tradition.
Bochte is an active member of the American Bar Association, Illinois State Bar Association and Kane County Bar Association, where he has lectured to his peers on family law matters.
