Real Estate Tax

Summary: Three For The Price Of One

Everyone loves a good value.

When purchasing a piece of real estate, three issues inevitably arise:  legal, tax (both income and real estate) and practical. Normally, a  client would have to speak to a lawyer, an accountant and a contractor
to get answers.

Since we are real estate and tax attorneys, that covers two of the three issues. While we are certainly not builders, having personally developed and observed the building of many homes and commercial projects, we can talk construction too. Most importantly, our firm has represented clients on both sides of these transactions.

In other words, with one phone call, you get the expertise of someone simultaneously thinking about the best way to structure a deal, both legally and tax wise, as well as build it. All for the price of one call.
