Tip of the Week: Everyone
needs at least basic estate planning documents – will, power of attorney, and health
care directive. Well, almost
everyone. If you have no friends, no
family, no pets and no property, then I recommend you get the friends first. Worry about the estate plan after you get
some friends, for crying out loud! Or
some pets! For the rest of you, these
three basic documents can be prepared quickly and painlessly for not a lot of
money. In return, you get peace of
mind. Not a bad deal at all.
