This field is unlike any other, where else can you find a trained professional to not only perform his services without any upfront payment but also to fund the case? Meaning no money is taken from you, but that doesn't mean the lawyer is working on the case alone, remember it is your case too and you do have have to go to court and see your doctor for treatment related to your injury. Personal injury law is a complex and heavily litigated field where if your injury is severe it often pays to go to the right lawyer, and to go for a second opinion if the 1st lawyer refuses to take the case. We have a case which is still ongoing, where the client went to a top malpractice firm, a very highly respected firm, for whatever reason the firm decided not to take his case. He came to us and I analyzed his case by looking at the operative report, the record of the operation can guide us in what did or did not go wrong. This client had suffered a really bad fracture of the left elbow, the first surgeon performed three surgeries all of which were unsuccessful, so I tried to figure out why they were unsuccessful. To do this type of inquiry you have to have intricate knowledge of medicine. While looking at the operative report we were able to figure out why the doctor was unsuccessful. The doctor, it turns out failed to repair a major ligament which is needed for elbow stability, without this repair the surgeries were doomed from the start. Now, as I said earlier, this case is still ongoing but we are confident of getting this client who came to us with little hope because his case was rejected by a big firm an excellent result.
It always pays for you to be the strongest advocate of your case, if you are hurt, and believe in our case look for a lawyer who believes in you. One lady came to us with neck and back injuries as a result of a heavy automobile collision. There was no surgery but her pain was real, it kept her from working and carrying out her daily activities. The defendant, and his insurance company tried to get the case dismissed saying her injuries were not serious, we defeated their motion, even though the radiologist who 1st saw her died, we managed to have her MRI films read by a new radiologist. Eventhough we won the motion to dismiss her case the insurance company still refused to pay. Just last week, I picked a jury on her case and the case finally settled for an amount that the client was satisfied with.
If you have a case, you would like us to review, please contact us, and please remember believe in yourself and your case because if you don't no one else will.
