Bill Leader has focused his practice on representing people who are victims of wrongful conduct, negligence and fraud.  He has successfully litigated and tried cases for those who have been catastrophically injured or killed due to inappropriate medical treatment, reckless operation of tractor-trailer trucks, automobile collisions, defective roadway design and signage, over serving of alcohol at bars and restaurants, aviation crashes and burns from chemicals as well as victims of crime and assault.  In a commercial context, Bill represents people who are victims of fraud, misrepresentation, dishonest practices and breach of contract.  He also regularly represents clients with regard to insurance matters, particularly coverage issues. 

Recently, Bill has successfully represented multiple people including: a woman who spent over a year in the hospital and incurred over a million dollars in medical expenses after a botched gall bladder surgery; a woman who was raped in her apartment due to inadequate security at her apartment complex; the family of a man who was killed when the automobile he was driving was hit by a tractor-trailer truck; a woman who recovered well over a million dollars in life insurance proceeds wrongfully denied following her husband's death; and a young boy who lost sight in an eye.

Since he was first eligible, Bill has received an AV rating with Martindale-Hubbell, identifying him as a lawyer with very high to preeminent legal ability and the highest professional and ethical standards as determined by other lawyers.  He has been routinely chosen by his peers for inclusion in Best Lawyers in America and as a Mid-South Super Lawyer.  Bill is listed by the Nashville Business Journal as Best of the bar for 2008 & 2009. Bill founded what is now Leader, Bulso & Nolan, PLC in 2005 after leaving a prominent Nashville law firm.
