Daria Christiann Dimitroff, Attorney

Daria Dimitroff joined Siegel & LeWitter in 2001 and has been practicing solely in the area of employment litigation and advice ever since. Ms. Dimitroff has represented employees in a variety of discrimination, harassment and wrongful termination litigation. She works on cases involving hostile environment/harassment, sex, race, national origin, disability, age and pregnancy discrimination, as well as unpaid overtime, unequal pay, breach of contract and public policy violations. Ms. Dimitroff also works as a volunteer attorney for the Employment Law Center's Workers Rights Clinic. Prior to joining Siegel & LeWitter, Ms. Dimitroff spent over three years representing tenants in discrimination and harassment cases.
