David C. Cripe. Mr. Cripe is a graduate of the Colorado College (B. A., with distinction , 1990) and the University of Colorado (J.D., 1997), where he served as the Technical Production Editor of the University of Colorado Law Review. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Cripe was associate general counsel at NaPro BioTherapeutics, Inc., a public pharmaceutical company headquartered in Boulder, Colorado.
