Ryan D. Malet of Shulman Rogers is very knowledgeable in real estate matters. He advised buyer (me) in the area of Title related to purchasing a non-MPDU property. He provided the correct guidance in terms of asking the title company the right questions related to title commitment and title insurance. One of the pros of having him as your attorney is that he does not artificially make the situation look bad, while exactly understanding your pain points/questions. He is the guy to have on your side if you have any issues as a buyer related to real estate matters or need help with titles.
