He was also assessed the costs and expenses of the disciplinary proceeding.In a four-count complaint, Mr. Green was found to have violated rules relating to diligence, communications with clients, fee agreements and charging reasonable fees, use of a trade name, conflict of interest, accounting and commingling, candor to the court, violation of court orders, respect for rights of others, conduct involving misrepresentations, actions prejudicial to the administration of justice, termination of representation, and responding to or cooperating in a state bar investigation.In count one, Mr. Green represented a partially disabled man in connection with the latter's purchase of a defective mobile home and charged the client lawyer rates for helping with repairs. Mr. Green also failed to handle or account properly for money held in trust for the client which the latter received in settlement of a medical negligence claim.In count two, Mr. Green took nine months to form a simple LLC and failed to respond to his clients¡¯ requests for a status.
