Mr. Casey is a member of the firm's Board of Directors and leads the firm's Commercial Loan Workout practice group. For close to two decades he has focused his practice in the areas of commercial litigation, commercial loan workouts and bank-related litigation. He has extensive experience in loan workouts involving industrial facilities, shopping centers, real estate developments and gas stations. He also continues to litigate serious personal injury cases to successful conclusion for his clients.
A lifelong Macomb County resident, Mr. Casey serves as a director of the Macomb County Bar Foundation, the St. John North Shores Hospital Advisory Board and is a graduate of the Leadership Macomb program. In addition, he is actively involved in coaching athletics for his two young sons.
