Jane-Robin previously served on the Florida Bar Workers'​ Compensation Board Certification Committee from 2008 to 2011 and served as the Chairperson of the Florida Bar Workers'​ Compensation Rules and Advisory Committee and still serves on this committee. Jane-Robin loves sports, especially baseball and football, and lives in Boca Raton with her husband and their teenage son.

Daniel Hunt is a practicing lawyer in the state of Florida handling employment law matters.

Lawyer Juan Cordero is a graduate of St. Thomas University School of Law, and he holds a Master’s in Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University. He has been practicing law for 26 years and serves as a Professor of Law at Indian River State College. He has been a Victim Practitioner (Crime Victim Advocate) for almost 20 years and has helped residents of Florida, Georgia, and throughout the United States by representing injured victims and their families when a commercial establishment or housing/apartment complex lacks appropriate security to deter crime. He is certified in Crime Prevention through Environmental Design and has been recognized as one of the Top Attorneys in Personal Injury and other areas of the law by numerous nationally recognized associations. Furthermore, Attorney Juan Cordero is a 2-time Combat Veteran. He was a member of the 3d Infantry Division and part of the famous Berlin Wall / East West German Border Patrol. In addition, he was part of Task Force 118 – Joint Task Force Middle East, where he served in an Aviation Special Operations Unit working alongside Navy SEAL Teams 1 and 2 protecting Navy and cargo ships in the Persian Gulf from terrorist attacks by the Iranian government. He also worked with Task Force 118 as part of Joint Task Force Middle East and Naval Special War Unit during Operation Prime Chance. Finally, Juan Cordero was part of the 101st Airborne and participated in the Liberation of Kuwait during Desert Storm.

Jesse is a partner at the Podor Law Firm and practices in the Bradenton, Florida office. Jesse was born in Cleveland, OH, and lived there until 2001. In 2001, Jesse moved to Bradenton and attended Bradenton Christian School. Jesse earned his J.D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2016. Prior to completing his J.D., Jesse completed his B.S. in Sport Management from the University of Florida. During law school, Jesse interned at Smith, Thompson, Shaw, Minacci & Colon, P.A. in Tallahassee, Florida, and at “Game On Nation” in Bradenton, Florida.

Katelynn Gibbons is the eldest daughter of partner, E. Lynn Gibbons. In elementary school, Katie routinely reminded her Mom of the annual, "Take Your Daughters To Work Day". Some of her fondest childhood memories are of traveling to courthouses across the state at Lynn’s side through the years. Witnessing her mother's passion for justice and compassion for other people firsthand at a young age has had a lasting effect on her. She first started working at Jorgensen Gibbons, P.A. over the summer in middle school when she wasn't playing basketball. Katie graduated from St. Petersburg Catholic High School in 2012 and she earned a B.A. degree, Magna Cum Laude, in psychology from the University of South Florida in 2014. Between college and law school, she worked as the workers’ compensation paralegal at the firm. Since day one, she has treated the firm's clients as if they were family. In the Fall of 2015, she followed in her Mom's footsteps and started law school at Stetson University College of Law - a few blocks away from the firm. The proximity allowed her to continue working part-time at JG while she was in law school. She graduated a semester early and earned her J.D. from Stetson in December of 2017. Today, Katie works as an Associate Attorney for Jorgensen Gibbons, P.A., handling personal injury, workers' compensation, and social security disability cases. In her free time she enjoys boating, fishing, and traveling to watch her baby brother, Dillan, play football for the Florida State Seminoles.

Gregory Kirschenbaum is a Partner at the law firm of Phillips and Associates who can handle the full spectrum of cases arising from violations of workplace rights. John C. Mullin, Jr. is a practicing lawyer in the state of Florida. Attorney Mullin received his J.D. from the University of Florida College of Law in 1983.

Andres Rivera-Ortiz is a practicing lawyer int he state of Florida handling employment and personal injury cases.

I have been representing employees and employers in work related issues for more than 20 years. I have litigated cases in state and federal trial and appellate courts, as well as before numerous administrative agencies, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Florida Commission on Human Relations, the Florida Department of Administrative Hearings, the National Labor Relations Board and civil service boards in numerous cities, counties and law enforcement agencies in Florida. I am licensed to practice before the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals and the U. S. Supreme Court, as well as federal trial courts in Florida. I have handled a wide variety of employment law cases, including those involving discrimination based on age, race, disability, gender, national origin, sexual harassment, retaliation, medical leave disputes, minimum wage and overtime issues, and non-compete agreements. I have drafted employee handbooks, employment agreements, and have litigated non-compete cases. I have counseled both employees and employers on all types of workplace disputes, including those involving discipline and termination. I served as the Legislative Chair for the Volusia chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management, and have lobbied for work related legislation in Tallahassee. I have represented large corporations and small businesses, as well as individual employees. I have represented employees and employers for various government agencies, including local school districts, cities and counties, and universities.
