Attorney Tobin, a native of the Tampa Bay area, received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, with a Minor in International Studies, from the University of South Florida in 1988. In 1996, Mr. Tobin received his Juris Doctorate from St. Mary’s University School of Law in Texas. While at St. Mary’s, Mr. Tobin was active in trial advocacy, mock trial and moot court as well as the International Law Association. He attended the Institute for World Legal Problems in Austria in 1994 and interned with Justice Craig Enoch of the Supreme Court of Texas in 1995. Mr. Tobin was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1996 and began his career primarily practicing employment law in Daytona Beach, Florida. He returned to the Tampa Bay area in 1998,where he has continued practicing employment litigation ever since. In addition, he has expanded his practice areas to include commercial litigation, contract disputes and business law. Mr. Tobin is focused on using his diverse background in providing legal services to both individuals and corporate clients, whether counseling them on individual rights, or issues relating to their companies, employment relationships or prospective business transactions. He has also enjoyed trial work in both federal and state courts throughout his career, as well as prosecuting appeals in both arenas. Kendra L. Bunn is a Jacksonville, Florida-based immigration attorney and the founder of the Law Offices of Kendra L. He is certified in Crime Prevention through Environmental Design and has been recognized as one of the Top Attorneys in Personal Injury and other areas of the law by numerous nationally recognized associations. Furthermore, Attorney Juan Cordero is a 2-time Combat Veteran. He was a member of the 3d Infantry Division and part of the famous Berlin Wall / East West German Border Patrol. In addition, he was part of Task Force 118 – Joint Task Force Middle East, where he served in an Aviation Special Operations Unit working alongside Navy SEAL Teams 1 and 2 protecting Navy and cargo ships in the Persian Gulf from terrorist attacks by the Iranian government. Michael V. McGrail is a partner in the law firm of Wesley, McGrail and Wesley. Jesse is a partner at the Podor Law Firm and practices in the Bradenton, Florida office. Jesse was born in Cleveland, OH, and lived there until 2001. In 2001, Jesse moved to Bradenton and attended Bradenton Christian School. Jesse earned his J.D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2016. Prior to completing his J.D., Jesse completed his B.S. in Sport Management from the University of Florida. During law school, Jesse interned at Smith, Thompson, Shaw, Minacci & Colon, P.A. in Tallahassee, Florida, and at “Game On Nation” in Bradenton, Florida.

Katelynn Gibbons is the eldest daughter of partner, E. Lynn Gibbons. In elementary school, Katie routinely reminded her Mom of the annual, "Take Your Daughters To Work Day". Some of her fondest childhood memories are of traveling to courthouses across the state at Lynn’s side through the years. Witnessing her mother's passion for justice and compassion for other people firsthand at a young age has had a lasting effect on her. She first started working at Jorgensen Gibbons, P.A. over the summer in middle school when she wasn't playing basketball. Katie graduated from St. Petersburg Catholic High School in 2012 and she earned a B.A. degree, Magna Cum Laude, in psychology from the University of South Florida in 2014. Between college and law school, she worked as the workers’ compensation paralegal at the firm. Since day one, she has treated the firm's clients as if they were family. In the Fall of 2015, she followed in her Mom's footsteps and started law school at Stetson University College of Law - a few blocks away from the firm. The proximity allowed her to continue working part-time at JG while she was in law school. She graduated a semester early and earned her J.D. from Stetson in December of 2017. Today, Katie works as an Associate Attorney for Jorgensen Gibbons, P.A., handling personal injury, workers' compensation, and social security disability cases. In her free time she enjoys boating, fishing, and traveling to watch her baby brother, Dillan, play football for the Florida State Seminoles.
