What information do you need in a free phone consultation?In a free phone consultation, I need name, charges, jurisdiction, prior criminal history.
What differentiates you from other lawyers in your community?I set pretty much every case for trial; otherwise the DAs just treat you like a number.
What is the most rewarding aspect of your job?The most rewarding aspect of my job is a smiling client after a case gets dismissed, or we win at trial.
What are your other interests in addition to law?In addition to law, I write for The Docket, bike, hike, read, do crossword puzzles and play Scrabble against the computer.
Are you involved in your community?My main involvement in the community is supporting young artists.
