Sarah B. Riskin, Attorney

Sarah Riskin is a member of Maslon's Litigation Group and practices in the area of general commercial litigation. She has focused on civil procedure, non-competes, and common law defamation. Sarah received her J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Minnesota Law School, where she was a staff member and Editor-in-Chief of Law and Inequality: A Journal of Theory and Practice. Sarah also co-founded Raise the Bar, a day of service where members of the University of Minnesota Law School community volunteer in projects throughout the Twin Cities. She has a bachelor's degree in social welfare from the University of Wisconsin-Madison along with graduate studies in social work at the Helen Bader School of Social Welfare at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Prior to joining Maslon, Sarah was a social work intern with the Guardian ad Litem office in Milwaukee County, and she managed her own photography business.
