Do I Need A Will If I Have A Living Trust In Connecticut?

Even if you have a living trust for your assets, it is still advisable to have a will, which can be quite simple and easily obtained.  By having a will, you will insure that any assets inadvertently left out of a living trust (which happens frequently) will be distributed according to your wishes.  A will can also address issues unrelated to your assets, such as who you wish to be the guardians for any minor children.
